This is a 24/7/365 service for children and youth up to 18 years and their families. A crisis worker will talk with you on the phone and can meet with you in person if you like to help you sort out the issues you are worried about.
Crisis Assessment and Support Team (CAST)

This is a 24 hour crisis phone line for people 16 years and older, dealing with a mental health or addiction issues. Face to face appointments can be arranged, along with short term counselling and peer support.
Both the Child and Youth Crisis Service (for youth up to 18 years) and CAST (for youth 16 years and over) offer immediate help and support to youth in Haldimand and Norfolk. These programs can also help you to link with other local services that can provide longer term counselling and support for whatever issues you may be dealing with.
